The REBIRTH explores self-sustainable architecture to live on past the existence of human beings. The site is a waste dump, previously a waste incinerator. The ritual is a series of 6 steps with the goal of educating the participants on the detriments of human waste on the earth and how we can try to reverse these effects.
The ritual worships the mushroom. The mycelium recycle the trash and become a building material themselves, creating space for local markets and leaving a biodegradable architecture behind for when we are gone. We welcome you to join us on this journey.
